Welcome to Staffjet.ai! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the `staffjet.ai`, `hr.staffjet.ai`, and `arya.staffjet.ai` websites and services (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by Webvillee Technology ("Staffjet," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": Refers to all Staffjet.ai websites, applications, and services.
  • "Client": The company using our Platform to screen and interview Applicants.
  • "Applicant": An individual using the Platform to apply for a job with a Client.
  • "AI Interview": A fully automated interview where an Applicant interacts with a Staffjet AI agent via video and audio.
  • "Arya": Our AI-powered meeting assistant ("meetbot") that may join live, human-led interviews to assist.

2. Scope of Services

Staffjet.ai provides a technology platform for Clients to manage their hiring process. Our services include: (a) asynchronous video assessments; (b) fully automated AI Interviews where an Applicant interacts directly with our AI agent; and (c) providing our meetbot, Arya, to assist in live, human-led interviews by taking notes and providing summaries.

3. The Role of Staffjet

Staffjet acts as a technology provider and a data processor on behalf of our Clients. The Client is the data controller and is solely responsible for all final hiring decisions. Our AI tools provide analysis and insights to assist Clients. Staffjet does not make hiring decisions.

4. Consent for AI Processing, Recording, and Analysis

As an Applicant, by using the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the following activities required for your job application:

  • Recording and Analysis: Your interview and assessment sessions will be recorded (video and audio). These recordings and their transcripts will be processed and analyzed by our Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
  • Facial and Vocal Data Analysis: For AI Interviews, you specifically consent to the processing of your facial and vocal data from the video recording to generate analytical insights for the Client.
  • AI Agent Interaction: You consent to interact with a non-human AI agent that will conduct your interview, ask questions, and record your responses.
  • Meetbot Participation in Human Interviews: For interviews with a human representative from the Client, you consent to our meetbot, Arya, joining the call to record, transcribe, and summarize the conversation.

If you do not consent to these processes, you will not be able to proceed with the application through our Platform.
