- Personal and Professional Information: Name, contact details, resume/CV data, work history, and skills.
- Asynchronous Screening Data: Video and audio recordings from pre-recorded assessments.
- Automated AI Interview Data: When you complete an interview with our AI agent, we collect video and audio recordings, interview transcripts, and facial data derived from the video for analysis.
- Live Interview Data (via Arya): Audio and/or transcriptions from your live interviews with a Client representative where Meetbot is present.
- AI-Generated Data: All insights, scores, summaries, and analyses generated by our AI from the data you provide in any of the above steps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide Our Services to Clients: We process all collected data to facilitate the hiring process. This includes conducting automated AI Interviews, analyzing your responses, communication style, and other factors using facial and vocal data to provide insights to the Client.
- To Improve Our Platform: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to train and improve our AI models.
- To Communicate: We use your contact information to send service-related notifications.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Our legal basis for processing all forms of interview and assessment data, particularly sensitive data such as voice recordings and facial data, is your explicit consent. You provide this before beginning any assessment or interview on the Platform.
